Who is responsible

SurvivorBucky is run by a private individual in Greece. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

This website

There are no accounts, no visitor tracking, no analytics and no advertising here, and we set no cookies of our own.

Like every web server, ours (a rented server in the EU, with the domain's DNS at Cloudflare) briefly logs technical data such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type, to deliver the page and keep the site secure. We do not use it to identify you, and server logs are deleted after a short time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens. Episode videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube receives data only once you press play.

The shop

Shop products are printed and shipped by Printful. When ordering opens, payment is handled by Stripe and delivery by Printful; they receive the name, address, email and payment details you enter there, under their own privacy policies (Stripe, Printful). We receive what is needed to handle your order and keep it as long as tax law requires.

Email

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them once they are no longer needed. There is no mailing list yet; if one opens, it will ask for your consent first.

Links to YouTube and other platforms take you to services we do not control; their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, and object to its use. Send requests to the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
